On July 5th, we experienced a truly special moment. SeaHouz proudly hosted the launch celebration of the new phase of VI & TAO Towers, marking the beginning of a new era of oceanfront living in Baja California. More than an event, it was a sensory experience that brought together architecture, nature, community, and the spirit of the region in a magical afternoon.
The gathering took place at the iconic SeaHouz, where our first buyers, special guests, visionary entrepreneurs, and prominent figures of the region came together to witness the unveiling of the next chapter of our dream by the sea. From the very beginning, the atmosphere was vibrant, authentic, and deeply inspiring.
We began with a heartfelt blessing ceremony, expressing gratitude and intention as we welcomed this new community. It was a moment filled with meaning, beautifully aligned with the spirit of Baja.
Guests were treated to an extraordinary culinary experience by renowned chef Javier Plascencia, who crafted a menu inspired by local flavors. The evening was perfectly paired with wines from Mogor and Monema, two exceptional wineries from Valle de Guadalupe that reflect the richness of our land.
A highlight of the evening was the live performance by Bostich, co-founder of Nortec Collective, whose iconic electronic sound brought energy, identity, and rhythm to the celebration. As the music flowed and the sun set over the Pacific, the moment became unforgettable.
We were also proud to present an exclusive sneak peek of the documentary Soul of Baja, a powerful tribute to the culture, flavors, stories, and iconic figures that make this region so unique. The preview left our guests moved and inspired to discover more.
